💪Exercise time💪
Hello every one, how have you been exercising? Here is some amazing things to do to keep fit. You could watch some exercise video's and here are some of the exercise video's I do, there are Les mills born to move or you can search for kids exercises on YouTube. We also go riding on our bikes, if you don't have a bike you could use your scooter, skate board or if you do not have any of these you could go or a jog or one on your treadmill. Oh, and one last thing if you do not want to leave the safety of your home you could do some of the exercises that yo did as a child. Good bye I will blog soon again.

ReplyDeleteGood job! It's great that you are exercising and giving some ideas for the reader. My brother does some inside exercises, me and my sister sometimes join him. We like to go for walks, play on the tramp, or do laps around our backyard. It's good to see you wearing a helmet. Most importantly, it's good to see you smiling😁.

Nice work Fariha. Great to see you have been out on your bike. I wish I had a bike here. I would really enjoy that, but they are back at home. You have some great ideas for other forms of exercise as well. We need it with all this baking and eating we are doing! Ka pai.
ReplyDeleteHi Fariha, It's good to see you are using your bike to keep fit. Some great suggestions for exercising and staying active. We have been going on long walks around our neighborhood. It's so good to see many people on the road walking with their families. keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteGreat work motivating everyone Fariha! It's fabulous to see that you have found lots of different options for exercising. I like walking in my local area, yesterday I went on a long walk around the streets, it was interesting to see so many cars on the road because it has been very quiet for the last 5 weeks. This morning I decided to use a bike, but it was an exercise bike inside, so different to your experience. What has been your favourite way of keeping fit during the lockdown and Level 3 time?
